Tuan Truong

Tuan Truong has extensive experience in electronics design and management within the battery management systems (BMS) industry. At Form Energy since May 2021, Tuan has held roles as Manager of BMS Electronics, Staff Electronics Design Engineer, and Senior Electronics Design Engineer, focusing on electrical hardware architecture for battery management systems. Prior to this, Tuan served as Electrical System Engineering Manager at Farasis Energy, Inc., overseeing hardware systems requirements and architectural design according to ISO26262, while also managing ASIL-C level BMS development. Previous roles include Electrical Hardware & Firmware Engineer at Farasis Energy, Electrical Hardware Engineer at SunPower Corporation, and internships at Intel Corporation, where Tuan developed hardware for agricultural robotics and worked on next-generation Android smartphones. Tuan holds a degree from Oregon State University, completed in 2015.
