David Shoemaker's work experience includes various roles in the architecture and design industry. David is currently working as the Lead Trade Designer at FORM Kitchens since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Junior Architect at Murdock Solon Architects from January 2022 to July 2022. Before that, they were a Junior Architect at Leonardi Mark J Architect from November 2020 to January 2022. David also gained experience as an Architectural Intern at HOK from May 2019 to August 2019 and at Gray Design Group from May 2018 to August 2018. Furthermore, they worked as a Library Staff at Kranzberg Art and Architecture Library from September 2016 to May 2018. David started their career at The Richard B. Fisher Center for the Performing Arts as a Wardrober from September 2013 to May 2016. One of their early work experiences was as a Crew Member at Mighty Taco from June 2010 to August 2013.

David Shoemaker completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Physics and Studio Arts from Bard College, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, David Shoemaker was a student at The Park School of Buffalo from 2009 to 2012. David then pursued their postgraduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis, where they obtained a Master's degree in Construction Management and a Master of Architecture (MArch) degree. David studied at Washington University from 2016 to 2019.
