Sina Almassi, NCARB has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture and design. They currently work as a Trade Design Lead at FORM Kitchens, where they provide design services and guidance for kitchen and cabinetry projects tailored to trade professionals. Before joining FORM Kitchens, Sina served as a Project Manager and Lead Designer at Box Design Inc. In this role, they managed and designed custom fit-outs and renovations for various commercial clients, including hotels, restaurants, salons, and offices. Their responsibilities included coordinating with MEP trades and overseeing the fabrication and installation of custom elements such as wood, metal, stone, and upholstery.

Sina also has experience in academia, having worked as a Design/Build Faculty at Rhode Island School of Design. They managed a design/build project called SouthLight, which involved guiding a team of architecture and landscape architecture students in the planning and construction of a gathering and event space for the Southside Cultural Center.

Additionally, Sina has worked as an Architectural Designer at studioMEJA and as an Estimating Assistant at HB Welding. They have also served in various roles at Rhode Island School of Design, including Design/Build Faculty and Project Manager for the Solar Decathlon competition, Teaching Assistant for Urban Design Principles, and Model Shop Monitor.

Furthermore, Sina has gained experience as a Technical Assistant at Demetriades + Walker and as an Architectural Intern and Artist's Apprentice at Hubbell & Hubbell Architects / James T. Hubbell Fine Art Studio. They have contributed to schematic drawings for an archive building and assisted in the art studio.

Early in their career, Sina worked as a Research Assistant and Construction Intern for James Postell Architect. They assisted in editing a materials reference book for architects and interior designers and contributed photographs. They also gained hands-on experience in construction through working on home additions and modifications.

Sina Almassi, NCARB completed their education in the field of architecture. They obtained a Master of Architecture degree from the Rhode Island School of Design from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a B.Arch degree from the University of Cincinnati between 2007 and 2011. Their earlier education includes attending Brookfield Central High School from 2003 to 2007.

In terms of additional certifications, Sina Almassi, NCARB holds a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards Certification (NCARB) from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), obtained in July 2019. They also received the Registered Architect designation from the State of Michigan in the same month and year. Additionally, they obtained certifications as an Aerial Boom Lift Operator and Scissor Lift Operator in June 2014.
