Dima Bekinin

Dima Bekinin is the current Director of Product at FORM. Dima has over 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on product development and project management. Dima has a strong technical background, and has used this to help lead and transition various programs and projects throughout their career.

Dima started their career as a Technical Director of Products at ZENEDGE in February 2014. In this role, Dima was responsible for leading the product development team and transitioning the company's products to a new platform. During their time at ZENEDGE, Dima also helped transition the company's projects to a weekly reporting system, which saved the company time and money.

In April 2018, Dima left ZENEDGE to become a Product Manager at Oracle. In this role, Dima was responsible for managing the development of Oracle's EDGE Security product. Dima was also responsible for changing the project's impediment tracking and resolution process, which helped resolve issues faster and more efficiently.

In September 2018, Dima left Oracle to become Head Of Products at iDeals Solutions Group. In this role, Dima was responsible for leading the product team and defining the company's product strategy. Dima also helped transition the company's projects to a new development process, which improved visibility for project outcomes and increased motivation for dev teams.

In March 2020, Dima left iDeals Solutions Group to join CAST.AI as a Technical Product Manager. In this role, Dima was responsible for leading the team of 9 product owners and helping transition the company's products to a new development process.
