Paul Emney

Paul has over 30 years of experience in wholesale financial services. Paul, a chartered accountant, began his career at Price Waterhouse in the Banking and Capital Markets audit practice and in that time served clients across investment banking, corporate banking and corporate treasury. In 1996 Paul joined Barclays and since that time has held a number of finance roles and chief operating officer roles across both the Investment Banking and Corporate Banking businesses.

For the last 10 years, Paul has been in the Corporate Banking business and is currently the Finance Director overseeing strategic planning, business performance and financial reporting.

Paul was a non-executive director of Vocalink, the payments infrastructure provider, for over 5 years up to April 2017.
