Thorsten Pfister

Thorsten Pfister is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at Form3 since July 2021, Thorsten heads the Networking team, focusing on internal and customer connectivity. Previous roles at Form3 include Head of Engineering - Platform Connectivity, where technical architecture and problem-solving skills were demonstrated, and Lead Software Engineer, responsible for team formation and process optimization. Prior to Form3, Thorsten held positions at HUGO BOSS, moovel Group, BCM Solutions GmbH, and SPIRIT/21 AG, emphasizing mobile solutions and software architecture. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science from Technische Universität Berlin and a Bachelor of Science in Media & Communications from Reutlingen University.
