Ahmad Abo Alya has a diverse work experience spanning different sectors. In 2017, they began their career as a Teaching Assistant at McMaster University. During this time, they provided support and assistance to students. In the same year, they also worked as a Technical Business Analyst at Toronto Hydro, where they analyzed technical requirements for the company.

In 2019, Ahmad joined Quad Infotech Inc. as a Business Analyst and later transitioned into the role of Product Owner. As a Business Analyst, they were involved in identifying business needs and translating them into technical requirements. As a Product Owner, they took on the responsibility of defining and prioritizing product features.

Most recently, Ahmad joined Forma.ai in 2022 as a Customer Operations Associate. In this role, they are responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring smooth operations.

Ahmad Abo Alya holds the PMP (Project Management Professional) and CSPO(Certified Scrum Product Owner) certifications, highlighting their expertise in project management and product ownership.

Ahmad Abo Alya completed their education at McMaster University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering and Management (B.Eng.Mgt.) degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management. Ahmad studied at McMaster University from 2013 to 2019.

In terms of additional certifications, Ahmad earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020. Later, in December 2021, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
