Amanda Ens

Amanda Ens has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Amanda is currently working as a Customer Operations Associate at Forma.ai since April 2022. Prior to this, Amanda worked at Mercer in various roles. Amanda started as a Consulting Analyst in July 2018 and was later promoted to Senior Consulting Analyst in April 2019. Amanda then transitioned to the role of Consulting Associate in April 2020 and further advanced to the position of Senior Consulting Associate in October 2021. Amanda also has experience as a Talent/Rewards Consulting Analyst at Mercer from September 2016 to December 2016.
