Theo Poenaru

Theo Poenaru has a diverse work experience spanning both the tech industry and government organizations. Starting in 2015, Theo worked as a Summer Intern at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. In 2016, they joined the Parliament of Canada, where they served in the role of Communications and Stakeholder Relations. In 2017, Theo transitioned to the tech industry and began working at Forma.ai as a Software Engineer. Theo was later promoted to the position of Engineering Manager in 2020 and then became the Director of Engineering in 2021.
