Simon Boström

Simon Boström is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the International Communications Strategist at Formas, the Swedish Research Council for Sustainable Development, since February 2022. Previously, Simon held multiple positions at Regeringskansliet, including Press Officer for various ministers and State Budget Officer. Additional experience includes working as a Strategic Communications Consultant at The Swedish Institute, where Simon developed a strategic communications plan and led projects in collaboration with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the Ministry for Culture. Simon’s educational background includes studies at the Stockholm School of Economics and Stockholm University, along with training in classical singing at Birkagården.
