Hayley McNitt

Hayley McNitt has held various roles in the event management and marketing fields since 2012. In 2012, they were an Event Management Assistant at the Iowa State Memorial Union Event Management Office. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Public Relations and Communications Specialist/ Event Coordinator at the Iowa State Daily, a Development Intern at Make-A-Wish of Minnesota, and an Event Intern at NXT Sports. In 2015, they were a Temporary Event Registration Specialist at BI WORLDWIDE and an Event Coordinator at Sodexo. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Barre Instructor at SweatFIT, Des Moines University, Raising the Barre, Pressed Hot Yoga & Juice. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Community Outreach Coordinator and then Community Outreach Manager at the National Kidney Foundation. Finally, in 2019, they became a Field Marketing Manager and Event Coordinator at FormAssembly, where they managed sponsorship and involvement with industry tradeshows and events, coordinated internal events, developed an influencer program and media strategy, and assisted with brand awareness and lead generation.

Hayley McNitt obtained their Diploma from Irondale in 2011 and then went on to earn their Bachelors Degree of Science in Event Management and Minor Studies in Advertising from Iowa State University in 2014. In 2013, they earned their CVENT Certification. In 2017, they obtained their Cardio Barre Instructor certification from Power Life Yoga. In 2021, they became FormAssembly Certified.
