Richard Kilby has over 20 years of experience in the Quality Assurance field. Richard began their career in 2000 as a Software Quality Assurance Process Analyst at ACS Solution Services, where they implemented Quality Assurance auditing standards for SEI CMM Level 3 practices and maintained QA practices and templates. In 2003, Richard was promoted to Software Quality Assurance Testing Project Manager, where they established a QA department and oversaw a staff of five QA software analysts. In 2006, Richard became a Business Owner at Perfect-Finds Online Sales, managing their own internet resale business while being a stay at home father. In 2013, Richard joined Paragon Consulting, Inc as a Quality Assurance Lead, where they developed Software Quality Assurance and testing practices and oversaw QA analysts. In 2015, Richard became a Quality Assurance Analyst / Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at OEConnection via Paragon Consulting, Inc, where they participated in team Agile Kanban meetings and reviewed new functionality with developers. In 2016, Richard joined Fleetmatics A Verizon Company as a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, where they wrote automated tests using C# and Selenium WebDriver 2 and built an automated test suite for existing backlog of third-party integration APIs. In 2018, Richard joined Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they wrote automated unit, component integration, and system integration tests using C#, Selenium WebDriver 2, tSqlt using SpecFlow and Cucumber. Currently, Richard is a QA and Automation Engineer at FormAssembly.
Richard Kilby attended Centre College from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Math and Economics.
