Emily Wu

Emily Wu is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and project management. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Formation Bio since November 2021, Emily previously held positions at ThoughtWorks from January 2018 to November 2021, advancing from Consultant Developer to Senior Consultant Developer. In earlier roles, Emily contributed as a Robotics Software Engineer at KeyMe, where performance improvements for kiosks were a focus, and served as a Neuroscience/Psychology Senior Researcher/Webmaster at Swarthmore College, conducting experiments and analyzing complex data. Additional experience includes a Computer Science Teaching Assistant role and an internship as a Quantitative Business Operations Data Analyst at CareDash. Emily earned a degree from Swarthmore College between 2013 and 2017 and completed high school at Greenhills School from 2009 to 2013.
