Lily Mintz

Lily Mintz currently serves as the Sr. Director of Brand Strategy & Communications at Formation Bio, where responsibilities have included roles as Director of Brand Strategy & Communications and Chief of Staff to Co-Founder & CEO Benjamine Liu since January 2021. Prior to this, Lily held the position of Chief of Staff to CEO Mark Josephson at Bitly from January 2019 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as an Analyst in Private Banking at J.P. Morgan from July 2016 to December 2018, focusing on structured lending including asset-backed lending across various sectors. Lily Mintz holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from Barnard College, with additional education from Sciences Po, Migdal Oz, and Maimonides School.
