Sungmin Song

Sungmin Song has extensive experience in strategic finance and investment banking, highlighted by a recent role as Director of Strategic Finance at Formation Bio from August 2021 to July 2023, following the company's rebranding from TrialSpark. Prior experience includes Senior Strategic Finance Manager and Investment Banking Associate positions at Barclays Investment Bank, focusing on the Global Healthcare Group.
