Haroldo Ale Filho

Haroldo Ale Filho currently serves as Senior Director of Strategic Finance at Vantage Data Centers, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this, Haroldo was with DigitalBridge from October 2020 to October 2025, where roles included Vice President of Corporate Development, Senior Associate of Corporate Development & Portfolio Management, and Associate of Corporate Development & Portfolio Management. Earlier experience includes working at PwC as a Deal Advisory Senior Associate and Deals Advisory Associate, providing buy side and sell side advisory services. Haroldo began academic pursuits as a Research Assistant at the University of Florida, contributing to research papers on corporate disclosure and segment reporting. Haroldo holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, both from the University of Florida.
