Mark van de Ven

Mark van de Ven is an experienced educator specializing in physics and informatics. Currently serving as a 1st grade physics and informatics teacher at Cals College Nieuwegein since August 2017, Mark also works as a freelance translator for Formative since June 2021, focusing on translating online educational content. Previously, Mark held a researcher position at Nikhef under the NWO project 'Leraar in Onderzoek' from September 2016 to September 2017 and taught physics at KSG de Breul and Haarlemmermeerlyceum. Mark holds a Master of Science in Education in Informatics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a Master of Education in Physics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics Teacher Education from NHL Hogeschool.
