Neil Peritz

Neil Peritz has a diverse work experience spanning back to 1994. Neil began their career as a Manager at BDO Seidman and later served as a CFO at Corecomm and ATX Communications. In 2007, they became a Director at Marotta Gund Budd Dzera and then moved to Pine Hill Group, where they held the role of Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer from 2015 to 2019. After that, they served as the CFO at McCollister's Transportation Group, Inc. Neil also worked as a Consultant at NCP Capital before becoming the CFO at Gemini Bakery Equipment Company/KB Systems and Formcraft in 2023.

Neil Peritz attended Philadelphia University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. Neil also holds a CPA certification.
