Elena Helgiu

Elena Helgiu has a diverse work experience in the fields of marketing, business development, and research. Elena is currently working as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager at Forme Financial since January 2023. Prior to that, they were employed at Orchard as a Sr. Performance Marketing Manager from October to November 2022. Elena also worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at Angi from September 2021 to October 2022. In addition, they gained experience as a Media Sales Planner at Haymarket Media Group from March 2020 to September 2021. Before that, Elena worked in marketing and business development at WAVE Drowning Detection Systems from June 2018 to December 2019. Elena'sprevious experience includes a 10-month management training program funded by HH Sheikh Mohammed for foreign students, where they completed an intensive executive education and an internship at Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing. Furthermore, Elena pursued a MPhil in Innovation, Strategy and Organization from Cambridge Judge Business School, focusing on organizational studies and marketing. Elena also worked as a Behavioral Research Consultant at AIG and as a Summer Research Assistant at Harvard Business School.

Elena Helgiu attended Harvard University from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree. Elena studied Psychology, Economics, and Spanish during their time there. In 2015, Elena enrolled at the University of Cambridge, where they pursued a Master of Philosophy degree in Innovation, Strategy, and Organization.
