Philip Padgett

Philip Padgett has over 10 years of experience in product management, business architecture, and IT coordination. In 2020, they began their current role as Director of Product Management at Interlace Health. In 2019, they were contracted to develop and execute a strategic plan to track, migrate, and integrate 500+ applications and interfaces into a new EHR system at Quorum Health Corporation. From 2016 to 2019, they were Business Architect for Nissan, North America and Canada, where they managed the discovery phase, performed process-gap analysis, and wrote user stories. From 2012 to 2016, they were IT Coordinator at Walgreens, where they designed and implemented a business model innovation and IT infrastructure change management effort. From 2009 to 2012, they were Senior Program Manager and Lead Business Solution Analyst at Take Care Health Systems, where they gathered requirements and identified pain points and created technical specifications.

Philip Padgett obtained a Master's Degree in Information Technology Management from Lipscomb University between 2013 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Mathematics from Palm Beach Atlantic University between 1981 and 1982. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications: Design Thinking: Implementing the Process and Design Thinking: Understanding the Process from LinkedIn in May 2020, Designing for Neural Networks and AI Interfaces from LinkedIn in May 2020, and PMP from PMI in March 2008.
