Sameer Brahmavar

Sameer Brahmavar has been in the healthcare industry since 1995. Sameer began their career at Cerner Corporation, where they held several roles, including Vice President, Cloud Strategy, Vice President, Product Management, Care Coordination, Vice President and General Manager, Extended Care (LTPAC), Vice President and General Manager, Retail Pharmacy, and VP, Director, Enterprise/Project Architect, Application Specialist. In their role as Vice President, Product Management, Care Coordination, they were responsible for leading a team of product managers driving the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for the Care Coordination product portfolio. Sameer worked closely with executive leadership to provide product updates and ensure product roadmaps were supportive of broader organizational and company-level goals, and engaged regularly with key clients to discuss product vision and alignment and solicit feedback. Sameer also ensured alignment with third-party partners, including Salesforce and Lumeris, on joint product offerings. In their role as Vice President and General Manager, Extended Care (LTPAC), they had executive responsibility for Retail Pharmacy, Home Care, Long Term Care, and Behavioral Health Intellectual Property (Engineering) teams within the LTPAC Strategic Business Unit. Sameer is currently the Chief Product Officer at Interlace Health, a position they have held since 2022.

Sameer Brahmavar completed their Bachelor of Science in Biology and English from Tufts University in 1995. Sameer then went on to complete a Healthcare Leadership Certificate Program from UMKC Henry W. Bloch School of Management in 2014.
