Erik Niehaus

Erik Niehaus serves as the Software Engineer Technical Lead at Formlabs since October 2018, focusing on factory software for SLA and SLS 3D printers, with expertise in full stack web development, mechatronics, computer vision, and data science. Prior to this role, Erik worked as a Full-stack Developer at T3 from June 2017 to October 2018, developing web and mobile applications for client brands. Erik's career began as a Software Developer at Mohawk Industries from March 2013 to June 2017, transitioning from a Process Engineer role, where responsibilities included process optimization in BCF extrusion manufacturing. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned between August 2009 and November 2012.
