Marcy Axelrad

Marcy Axelrad is the current Chief People Officer at Formlabs. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of Talent Management and Operations at Wayfair from February 2011 to October 2021. Before that, they were the Managing Partner, General Counsel and Chief People Officer at CRIC Capital, LLC from January 2001 to February 2011.

Marcy Axelrad received a BA in psychology from McGill University and a JD from Boston University School of Law.
