Tony G. Howell

Tony G. Howell, MSChE, LSSBB, is an accomplished operations and manufacturing leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Ohio Operations and Vice President of Manufacturing at Spectra Photopolymers since July 2019, Tony oversees key performance indicators, process development, and a range of operational departments, managing a team of 30 employees. Prior to this role, Tony held various management positions at Carlisle Construction Materials, Fresenius Medical Care, Ferro Corporation, and O-I, where responsibilities included site P&L management, production oversight, and sustainability initiatives. An expert in process improvement and sustainability, Tony is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified and has a robust educational background with an M.S. and B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
