Monika Brueckner-Guehmann

Monika Brueckner-Guehmann has been working in the field of food science since 2004. Monika began their career as a research associate at Technische Universität Berlin. In 2022, they transitioned to their current role as a Senior Food Scientist Plant Proteins at Formo.

Monika Brueckner-Guehmann achieved a Dr.-Ing. from Technische Universität Berlin in 2011 in the field of Lebensmitteltechnologie. Monika also earned a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) from The University of Bonn in 2004 in the same field.
