Wayne Chen's work experience includes a role as a Staff Engineer at Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A., which began in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Quality Engineer at May Chen Aromatics Corp. from October 2017 to December 2018. In this role, Wayne designed and executed test plans and DOEs for new product introductions, coordinated supplier audits, and led a successful root cause investigation resulting in a recall and rework of $3M worth of products.
