Beau Brooks is the SVP, Sales & CX at Formstack.

Beau has over 20 years of experience in sales and customer success. Beau has a proven track record of success in scaling companies and teams and driving revenue growth.

Beau joined Formstack in 2017 as the SVP, Sales & CX. Beau was tasked with scaling up the inside sales team to attack the mid-market/enterprise buyer. Under Beau's leadership, the Formstack sales team grew from 15 to over 80 people in 2.5 years, adding 30 sellers focused on mid-market and enterprise companies with a $20k ACV. The team also launched a commercial expansion team focused on growing net dollar retention.

In 2018, Beau was asked to lead Formstack's CX organization of 20 support people. Beau launched a CSM model to manage the growing mid-market and enterprise base, expanding beyond managing customer churn, and focusing on expansion revenue. The organization segmented their support team into customer segments to better prioritize tech-touch vs rep engagement and saw 35%+ YoY improvement in net retention.

Prior to Formstack, Beau was the VP of Sales at Factorial HR where they added 200% revenue growth and took the sales team from 75 to 175 in just 9 months.

Beau has a passion for sales and customer success and is dedicated to helping organizations grow and scale.

Beau Brooks pursued a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder. Afterward, they completed an MBA in Management - Finance from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business.
