Prashant Shettigar is a skilled Test and Validation Engineer at Texas Instruments since August 2023, currently contributing to the field of engineering and technology. As an EV Technical Scrutineer and Document Reviewer for Formula Bharat, Prashant applies expertise in electric vehicle regulations and documentation. Previous roles at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay include serving as a Teaching Assistant and Department Academic Mentor, showcasing strong leadership and mentorship capabilities. Additionally, Prashant served as Chief Electrical Officer for IIT Bombay Racing, leading electronics and system integration efforts, and has extensive experience in high voltage system design from various positions within the same organization. An R&D Intern at Bajaj Auto Ltd developed a capacity and power fade model for Li-ion cells, highlighting innovation and research skills. As an Exhibitions Coordinator for Techfest at IIT Bombay, Prashant managed a large team for successful execution of events. Prashant holds a Dual Degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay, completed in 2023.

Formula Bharat is an Indian Formula Student engineering design competition in which students from colleges and universities all over the country compete with a life-size formula-style vehicle in areas of engineering design, overall cost, marketability, and dynamic performance.
