Nadine Ackerman

Nadine Ackerman is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Management Partner at Formula 1 since August 2021, Nadine has previously held various roles including Talent Management Partner and Senior HR Business Partner (Interim). Prior to Formula 1, Nadine worked at Skanska from April 2014 to August 2021, undertaking key positions such as HR Business Partner and Global HR Project Lead. Earlier career experiences include roles at Experian Consumer Services, Serco, Morrisons, and Pendragon PLC, where foundational HR skills were developed. Nadine holds an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Hertfordshire and a BA in Human Services from Nottingham Trent University, emphasizing studies in Politics, Social Welfare, Criminal Justice, and Criminology.
