Alyssa Rodriguez

Alyssa Rodriguez is an accomplished professional with a strong background in diversity, inclusion, and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at HubSpot since April 2022, Alyssa oversees global diversity, inclusion, and belonging mentorship, sponsorship, and leadership development programs. As the Founder of Queer Latines since July 2024, Alyssa has cultivated an online community of over 25,000 queer Latines and allies, focused on creating inclusive spaces for connection and cultural practice. Previously, Alyssa held roles at HelloFresh as a Senior Analyst and Business Analyst in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, where program strategies and mentorship initiatives were successfully established. Prior experience includes a position as a Salesforce Consultant at PwC. Alyssa's educational background includes studies at Carnegie Mellon University.
