Katherine Swanson

Katherine Swanson has worked in various roles since 2014. Katherine began as a Big Sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America in 2014, where they collaborated with their little with homework and encouraged them to be the best they could be. In 2016, they worked as a Human Resource Intern for Project Corporate, where they researched and recommended programs connected to HR, Accounting, Sales & Marketing, etc. Katherine also worked as a Student Volunteer and Mentor for Boys and Girls Clubs of America, where they instructed and encouraged students in weekly lessons and activities. In 2017, they worked as a Resident Care Associate and Healthcare Administrator Intern for Stonecroft Health Campus. In 2018, they worked as a Student Ambassador for Indiana University Bloomington and as a Healthcare Consulting Intern for Milliman. Since 2019, they have been a Healthcare Associate at Milliman, where they have designed and executed Payer market research advisory boards and has been the project management lead for the strategic launch of various products. Katherine has also constructed pharmaceutical manufacturer training guides, produced annual supporting research for regulatory proposals, and created promotional marketing materials for client-owned pharmaceutical brands. In 2022, they began their current role as Director of Market Research for Formulary Insights.

Katherine Swanson attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
