Tammy Lisi

Tammy Lisi has a diverse work experience, starting in 1994 with Mallinckrodt Veterinary, where they worked as a RA III. Here, they developed and validated methods for potential products, analyzed various samples, and communicated with different organizations. Tammy then moved on to Baxter Healthcare, where they worked as a RA I, designing animal trials and coordinating multiple groups. From 2000 to 2008, Tammy worked at the University of Iowa as a RAII, managing the laboratory and conducting various experiments. Tammy also worked at Raining Rose, Inc. as a Formulation Chemist, responsible for developing new products and formulating to meet specific requirements. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a science test scorer at ACT. Tammy then joined Lisi Ventures, LLC as a Formulation Chemist, developing new product lines. Tammy later became a Consultant for the same company. In 2017, they co-founded Formulate and assumed the role of Co-Founder and Chief Scientist. Throughout their career, Tammy has gained experience in formulation, laboratory management, animal trials, and regulatory compliance.

Tammy Lisi attended the University of WI-Parkside from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry.
