John Smith

John Smith is a Value Stream Manager at Formulated Solutions, overseeing the end-to-end manufacturing process and output of high-speed liquid fill manufacturing lines. Prior to their current role, John served as a Blending Manager, managing daily operations of the Blending Department personnel and production by implementing procedures to enhance production methods and quality. John also has experience as a Project Manager, handling new product introductions and tech transfers. With a background as a Production Manager at ALPS South and experience in the US Army as a Missile System Repairer, John has a strong foundation in leadership, process improvement, and project management. John is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Saint Leo University.
