Amy Schwager

Amy Schwager is an experienced Information Services professional with a strong background in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as Information Services Manager at Forrester Construction, Amy has been instrumental in supporting over 100 users, maintaining hardware and software systems, and implementing IS projects aligned with company strategic goals since June 2016. Previous roles include Service Desk Technician at DP Solutions, where support extended to 30 companies, and Help Desk Technician at Wavelength Datacom, Inc., providing assistance to 25 users. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Salisbury University and has gained expertise in network management, user training, and security protocols across various organizations.
