Emily Jastrzembski

Emily Jastrzembski has over two decades of experience in talent management and consulting, primarily at Forrester, where since July 2010, Emily has served as VP of Talent and Total Rewards, overseeing global compensation, benefits, and employee development. Prior roles at Forrester include Director of Talent & Learning and Director of Talent Management, focusing on leadership development and talent growth. Earlier experience includes leading consulting teams and delivering significant revenue contributions in technology market research. Emily holds an MBA in Marketing from Baruch College and a Bachelor's degree from Vassar College, with additional studies at Heidelberg University.
