Sayali Pol

Sayali Pol is an experienced automotive system test engineer currently working at Eugen Forschner GmbH since September 2019, specializing in HiL testing for high voltage distribution boxes. Prior to this role, Sayali served as a development engineer at Storz und Bickel GmbH & Ko. KG and as a scientific assistant at Fraunhofer-Institut für Solare Energiesysteme ISE, where the focus included developing a process control system and conducting statistical data analysis for solar cell production. Sayali also held the position of laboratory operations engineer at Cummins Fuel Systems India, overseeing R&D testing of diesel fuel systems. Sayali holds a Master of Science in Smart Systems from Hochschule Furtwangen and a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control from Cummins College of Engineering for Women.
