Professor RWTH Aachen And Director Central Institute Of Engineering, Electronics And Analytics at Research Center Julich

Ghaleb Natour is an accomplished academic and industry leader with extensive experience in engineering and technology. Since October 2010, Ghaleb Natour has served as a Professor at RWTH Aachen and as Director of the Central Institute of Engineering, Electronics and Analytics at Forschungszentrum Jülich, focusing on instrumentation, prototyping, quality management, and innovation. Additionally, Ghaleb Natour has been involved with the European Spallation Source ERIC since 2013 and has held the position of Universitätsprofessor at RWTH Aachen University since August 2015, specializing in measurement and testing processes in joining technology. As the founder and CEO of the German-Arab Bridge for Innovation in Science and Technology, Ghaleb Natour promotes cooperation in scientific and technological innovation. Previous roles include Department Head of Engineering & Technology at Philips Research and scientific positions at both Philips Research Aachen and the Max Planck Institute for Nuclear Physics. Ghaleb Natour earned a Ph.D. in Physics from Heidelberg University in 1989.
