Andy Skelton

Andy Skelton has a diverse and extensive work experience in quality assurance and management roles. Andy has worked in various industries including automotive, manufacturing, and technology.

Their most recent position was as the Head of Supplier Quality Assurance at FORSEVEN, an EV startup. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Purchasing Program Manager at McLaren Automotive Ltd.

Before their time at McLaren, Andy worked at Skelton Quality and Projects as a Director. Andy also worked at Jaguar Land Rover as a Supplier Quality Manager, where they led teams responsible for the development and validation of complex manufacturing facilities.

Andy's earlier experience includes roles at Cummins Inc. as a Supplier Quality Engineer, MAN Diesel & Turbo as a Quality Assurance Manager, and Pegler Yorkshire as a Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Engineer.

Andy began their career as an Implementation Technician at Computerway Food Systems. Throughout their career, Andy has demonstrated expertise in supplier management, quality assurance, and program management.

Andy Skelton obtained their Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from The University of Huddersfield from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Elizabethan High School Retford from 1991 to 1998, where they completed their A Levels. In terms of additional certifications, Andy Skelton obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from ILX Group in November 2021. Andy also received a certification in Management Consultancy from Lane4 in July 2018 and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of Bradford in February 2015.
