Neal Coope

Neal Coope is a highly experienced engineering manager specializing in product strategy and development for lifestyle products with a robust background in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Engineering Manager for FORSEVEN since January 2024, Neal previously held significant roles at Royal Enfield, including Group Manager for Product Strategy and Concept Design, where a five-year strategic business plan was developed, doubling the product portfolio during the pandemic. Additional experience includes leadership positions at companies like DENSO, Productiv, and Concentric AB, where Neal excelled in multidisciplinary team management, product innovation, and engineering solution delivery. Neal holds an MSc in Engineering Management from Brunel University of London and a 1st Class BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Technology from Coventry University.
