Yoav Golan

Yoav Golan has had a varied and distinguished career. From 2021 to present, they have been a Robotics Algorithm Engineer at ForSight Robotics. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Lecturer at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Robotics Research Assistant at the Robotics Lab at Ben-Gurion University. From 2006 to 2013, they served as a Combat Officer in the Israeli Defense Forces, with a variety of commanding roles, primarily in the Armored Corps. Yoav achieved the rank of Captain and is currently serving in active reserve duty.

Yoav Golan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2015. Yoav then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university in 2017. Finally, they received their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2021.
