Rafet Eriskin

Rafet Eriskin, CFA, currently serves as Head of Listed Assets at Första AP-fonden (AP1) since 2025, overseeing public markets including Equities, Fixed Income & FX, as well as asset allocation and exposure management. Prior to AP1, Rafet was part of the Managing Director’s Office at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) from 2021 to 2025, advising the Investment Committee on proposals and portfolio design with a focus on liquid asset classes. From 2008 until December 2021, Rafet held multiple roles at Fjärde AP-fonden (AP4), including Strategic Allocation, where external partnership platforms and various investment strategies were developed, and Global Equities, managing multi-disciplinary hedge fund portfolios. Additionally, Rafet served as Chairman of the Board for CFA Society Sweden from September 2017 to September 2019 and worked as a Quantitative Analyst at AP2 in 2008, contributing to portfolio optimization strategies. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Chalmers University of Technology and further education at UC BerkeleyX and Berkeley College-New York.
