Shaleen Gupta

Shaleen Gupta has a diverse work experience in the sales and marketing field. Shaleen is currently working as the APAC Lead - Sales Development at Forsta since April 2021. Prior to this, they were the proprietor of Tiarra Inside Sales starting from June 2015.

Shaleen also worked at Infotools as the Global Sales Development from January 2019 to March 2021. Shaleen had a similar role at Voxco Survey Software from August 2015 to March 2021.

Before joining Infotools and Voxco Survey Software, Shaleen worked at Azure Knowledge Corporation as the Group Manager, Pre-Sales and Marketing from September 2014 to June 2015.

Shaleen also has an extensive experience at Annik Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. where they held various roles such as Sr. Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager (Business Development), Manager Business Development, and Assistant Manager Business Development from July 2014 to August 2014, July 2011 to June 2014, April 2011 to June 2011, and April 2009 to March 2011, respectively.

Shaleen's earlier experience includes working at Evalueserve as an Assistant Manager Market Research (Operations) from July 2008 to January 2009, Senior Analyst, Market Research from October 2006 to June 2008, and Analyst, Market Research from December 2004 to September 2006.

Their career began at Convergys India Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Customer Care Officer from September 2002 to July 2003, where they handled billing queries, technical and sales calls for DirecTV and also served as a Credit Evaluator for their team.

Shaleen Gupta completed their Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University, studying from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they pursued their 11th and 12th grades in Arts General at Delhi Public School Ghaziabad from 1994 to 1996. Presently, they are enrolled in the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management.
