Torleiv Maseng

Torleiv Maseng has extensive experience in academia and research, serving as a Professor II at the University of Oslo since 2004 and holding multiple director positions at Forsvarets Forskningsinstitutt (FFI) since 1996. Maseng has contributed as a panel member for the NATO IST Panel from 1998 to May 2012 and worked as a Professor at both UNIK (2005-2008) and the University of Lund (1996-2000). Earlier career roles include Technical Manager at NetCom (1993-1996) and Scientist at SINTEF (1981-1992), showcasing a strong background in both research leadership and technical expertise.
