Shihan Wijeyeratne has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they were the Chief Services Officer and General Manager of Managed Services at Forsyte I.T. Solutions. Shihan Wijeyeratne has a diverse educational background. From 2007 to 2011, they attended The Webb Schools. From 2011 to 2015, they attended the University of Richmond and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a concentration in Economics and a minor in Latin American and Iberian Studies. From 2013 to 2014, they studied Spanish, Marketing, and Business Administration at Universidad Blas Pascal. In 2019 to 2020, they earned a Bachelor of Science - BS in Computer Software Engineering from Western Governors University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including AZ-500: Microsoft Azure Security Technologies, MS-500: Microsoft 365 Security Administration, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security, MS-100 Microsoft 365 Identity and Services, Azure Security Engineer Associate, and Web Development Associate from CIW.
