Elora Chang

Elora Chang is an accomplished professional in data engineering and insights, currently serving as the Data Engineering and Insights Manager at Forsyth Barr Limited since June 2020, where responsibilities include leading the strategic direction of the Tempo initiative and managing the Data and Insights team. Prior experience includes roles as a Data Engineer at a high-growth Fintech startup, Software Engineer at Shuttlerock, and Co-President of Comp Girls Otago, demonstrating a strong commitment to technology and community engagement. Elora co-founded Madame Lu's Kitchen, where digital marketing and strategic partnerships were key focuses. Additional experiences include working as a HCI Research Assistant at the University of Otago and leading marketing for Chiasma. Elora holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Software Engineering from the University of Otago and completed an Operational Leadership Programme with Pivot and Pace Strategic Advisors in 2023.
