Joel Lieser

Joel Lieser has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Joel is currently the Head of Technology at Forsyth Barr Limited and a Technical Advisor at InfinityStudio.AI. Prior to these roles, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Trove NZ from 2019 to 2023. Joel also founded and served as the CTO of L2Bedford, Inc from 2015 to 2019, where they provided architectural guidance and design for organizations leveraging Amazon Web Services. Joel has also worked as an Expert Engineer at Nike, Principal Engineer at Commonwealth Bank, and Manager of Data Science and Engineering at Netflix. Before that, Joel served as a Senior ETL Architect (Consultant) at Citigroup and Manager of Data Warehouse Development at BCBSNC. Joel began their career as a Senior Lead Developer (Consultant) at Crate & Barrel.

Joel Lieser has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications from Coursera Verified Certificates in various areas of data science and programming.
