Scott Soland

Scott Soland served in the US Army as a 19D Scout with the 1/17 Cavalry, 82nd Airborne Division from September 1988 to September 1992. Scott then joined the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office in 1992 and has held various titles including Lieutenant in Patrol, Lieutenant in Jail Medical, Sergeant, Captain in Patrol Operations/SWAT, and Patrol Deputy. Scott has also served as a Dispatcher and has been involved in the development and implementation of Crisis Intervention Team programs.
