Courtney Hardy

Courtney Hardy is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in special education and instructional leadership. Currently serving as a Special Education Program Specialist and former Special Education Teacher at Fort Bend Independent School District since August 2019, Courtney has previously held the position of Instructional Specialist at Sheldon Independent School District from March 2015 to May 2019. Prior experience includes teaching Biology at Spring Independent School District, where Courtney also led the biology team for two years, supporting teachers in lesson development and classroom culture enhancement. Courtney holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Lamar University and a Master of Arts in Teacher Leadership from Grand Canyon University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
