Frank Neicheril

Frank Neicheril is an experienced IT professional specializing in ERP application services, currently serving as Manager of ERP Application Services at Fort Bend ISD since February 2018. In this role, Frank has successfully led significant upgrades for both PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM environments, demonstrating strong project management skills by creating milestones and aligning resources. Prior to Fort Bend ISD, Frank held positions at Houston Community College as the Peoplesoft FSCM Technical Lead, overseeing software enhancements, and at Imperial Sugar Company as a Senior Peoplesoft Programmer/Analyst, contributing to supply chain implementations and financial upgrades.
