Matt Antignolo

Matt Antignolo is an experienced food service professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Child Nutrition at Fort Bend Independent School District since June 2019. Previously, Matt held the position of Food Service Director at Lamar Consolidated Independent School District from February 2013 to February 2022, and at Tomball Independent School District from July 2003 to February 2013. Matt's career in food service began at Aramark, where the role of Food Service Director was held from August 1993 to July 2003. Matt earned a degree in Restaurant Hotel Institutional Management from Texas Tech University, attending from 1987 to 1993, and is a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Houston, Texas.
